One journey,
built for your child.

See what happens week by week, from their first free session to skills they carry for life.

What a session
looks like.

Every 30-minute session follows the same 3 steps:

  1. 1. Intro & challenge check-inKids share how they're feeling.
  2. 2. Educational partA focused skill lesson with the coach.
  3. 3. Games & activitiesPractice through fun and interaction.

How it works.

From first session to long-term growth. Three phases that build on each other.

1

Foundation

Your child gets familiar with the structure, their coach, and a consistent peer group. At the same time, they're building the fundamentals, naming emotions, understanding triggers, and developing tools they'll use in every phase after this.

2

Immersion

With the foundation in place, kids go deeper through three focused modules, Social Emotional Learning, Goal Setting, and Mindset. They move through all three in any order, building on the skills they developed in Foundation.

3

Mastery

The skills are there. Mastery is about using them. Kids continue through the program, deepening what they've learned and applying it where it matters, school, friendships, family, and beyond.

Session by session.

Every session builds on the last.

Your child tries tapouts with zero commitment. They meet their coach, join a small group of 8–10 kids, and see if it's a fit.

  • Welcome & icebreaker with the group
  • Introduction to emotional awareness
  • A fun, low-pressure interactive exercise
  • Your child decides if they want to continue
Foundation

Learning to name it.

Your child gets familiar with the structure, their coach, and a consistent peer group. At the same time, they're building the fundamentals, naming emotions, understanding triggers, and developing tools they'll use in every phase after this.

Topics covered

  • Identifying emotions in themselves and others
  • The connection between emotions and behavior
  • Understanding triggers & reactions
Foundation

Thoughts change everything.

Emotions don't come out of nowhere, thoughts drive them. Kids learn how thinking patterns shape how they feel and act, and they practice real tools to interrupt the cycle when it's not helping them.

Topics covered

  • How thoughts shape feelings and behavior.
  • Spotting unhelpful thinking patterns.
  • Growth mindset and reframing stress.
  • Self-regulation and coping tools.
Foundation

Taking it further.

Foundation gave them the tools. Now they apply them. Three focused modules, each targeting a real skill set.

What they built in Foundation

  • Emotional awareness: the base for everything ahead.
  • Self-regulation tools: ready to practice in real scenarios.
  • A growth mindset: now applied across three focused modules.
  • Trust with their coach and peers.

Going deeper

Foundation built the base. This is where it clicks. Real practice, real repetition, real skill that sticks.

Emotional awarenessSelf-regulationConfidence buildingThought reframing

Kids learn to name their emotions, rate their intensity, and use tools like box breathing and body scanning to self-regulate. They also learn to spot automatic negative thoughts and diffuse them before they spiral.

Life goalsThe WOOP processHabit buildingSelf-agency

Kids discover the four key lifestyle areas and learn that their choices shape their path. They use the WOOP process to set goals, identify obstacles, build sustainable habits, and turn plans into real progress.

Growth mindsetStress reframingResilienceSelf-awareness

Kids develop a "Fly Mindset" through two wings: growth and stress. They learn that practice makes progress, failure is feedback, and stress can fuel performance. They walk away with tools to navigate setbacks and come out stronger.
